Useful, sturdy, and beautiful, these bent wood containers were first made popular in Maine by the Alfred and Sabbathday Lake Shaker communities of the 18th century. 

Today, Dahl & Company brings new elegance to these traditional boxes.  We make ours by hand, just as the Shakers once did, but we've updated their look to make for a more modern aesthetic.
